The late,great E. Nelson Bridwell could tell us. I always thought it had to do with the whole “Superman is eternally 29 & Superboy trails 13 years behind him & Supergirl,no matter how old/accomplished she is (Guidance councellor/therapist,Soap Opera actress,etc. will always be Supergirl,etc.” jive DC fed us in the late 1970′s/early 1980′s. Just an idea……wondering what the rest of Fandom thinks.

I had the first Fantastic Four on this page but I left it in storage and was gone for about 2 years before I went to collect my things and guess what? They were gone as well as my collection of of coins and stamps. WTF….

I have to say I saw the axe falling on all six of those titles. I’m kind of suprised Grifter wasn’t added to the list. I wonder which series will be next to get the pink slip. Thoughts anyone??

Hi Guys, long time listener, first time caller. I wanted to get the opinion of “From the Booth” and all it’s contributors. I’ve recently been trying to find an easy way to organize all the books I’ve amassed over the years and I stumbled onto the IntelliScanner Comic Edition (http://www.intelliscanner.com/products/comics/order.php). I read some of the reviews for it and want to know what you guys think of it. I know it’s not a “point, scan, and all the info will appear” type of scanner but I also didn’t know if there was a better product on the market too. I would greatly appreciate your input and suggestions. Thanks Guys!! ……and Kita lol

Speaking for myself here, I am always interested in what your guys are reading. You guys….. and Kita ha ha always know about those great sleepers that don’t get alot of press or exposure but are just as good; if not better then the big “Event” books. The stack list gives us some incite into the minds of the Captain Blue Hen Crew. Although I do realize that is a scary place to go when it comes to Joe. ha ha ha I did see the preview pages for Memorial #1 on Newsarama and it looked interesting; might have to give it a whirl.

P.S. Dave I know better. The Betty and Veronica and Tiny Titans are for you; don’t go playing the “for the kids” card. ha ha ha

I can highly recommend Batman: The New Brave & Bold(best Channukah story ever!),Showcase Presents Batman vol. 5 (long overdue) & Tales of the Batman by Don Newton. Mr. Newton is my second favorite Caped Crusader artist, following closely behind Jim Aparo.
