Kita
Kita is the girl that gets things done at the store. Ain’t no fancy titles here. And No, she is not the owners wife, nor did she ever date any employees of CBH.
Name: Kita Roberts, no its not my real name, and no Im not telling. However, when I was hired at CBH, I did spend the first two weeks telling people random names when they asked who I was.
Bio: Born August 17. Grew up all over New Castle County. Still live there. Started shopping at Captain Blue Hens when I was 9, started asking for a job at 13, got the dream job at 18.
Family: A spunky kitty named Maddox and a svelte lil’ black kitty named Kiori.
First Comics: I won’t even lie, it was totally the Macross/Robotech cartoon on after school that got me into comics. My original collection was a pile of Sailor Moon (mock away) and Macross.
First Book Read in the Pile: Currently my pile is really really far behind. I read Wallflower and anything by Yuu Watasee immediately, the rest is put in the ever growing pile. I would answer Fables, but that would be a lie, it is (by a long shot) my favorite comic at the moment.
Nerd Creds:
- I roll an isodecahedron like a champ and if you have a natural 20 charisma, I’m pretty much sold.
- I play an online video game… a lot.
- Im a girl at a comic book store! (that counts for something right?)
Hobbys: Cooking, baking, drawing, designing websites, writing code for websites, music, friends, gaming, acquiring happy meal toys.
Collection: Commonly referred to as the “Love Hurts in Short Skirts” collection, my collection is mainly a large collection of scantily clad (but never nude) women with large weapons. Click here to see the collection. There’s also a very wide variety of music, lots and lots of books, and every style of shoe known to man (hey, Im a girl).
Favorite (bad) movies: Lilo and Stitch, Eldorado, Mr & Mrs. Smith, Transporter
