From the Booth: We huff candles
Today on From the Booth: We talk Baltimore Comic-Con, we all agree Eric Powell is awesome in person, and Kita actually has a comic to recommend (about time). Ken finally gives up on Buffy and let’s us know why in a rather restrained rant. We’re reading 0 issues, Avengers Vs. X-Men, and speculating on comic news!

I know from previous podcasts your views on kids are not very high. I assume none of you plan on having kids let alone taking them to a comic book show. Don’t judge all parents with kids based on the few who don’t have common sense to know to look where they are going. Some of us know to avoid the crowded areas. Mostly crowded due to the big lumbering mouthbreathers who are too distracted by all the bright colors and swag. I had fun and plan on going back but, completely agree with the floor layout and the table numbering or lack of. My wife couldn’t even look for a birthday present for me from the kids. Also, the Mark Waid table was easy to find for me but, I couldn’t find Eric Powell. I thought maybe he cancelled. Didn’t want to pay $$$ to get Stan Lee autograph. Maybe if he didn’t come back that would cut down on the crowd. Chrissie Z was always sketching something so I didn’t bother her. Wish I had though. Got a sweet Barry Kitson watercolor though.
