Blast from the Past Holiday Window

Inspired by the department store window from the start of A Christmas Story, Captain Blue Hen did its best to recreate the fun and nostalgia of our childhood Christmases with vintage toys and ads from our pop culture childhoods—from Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots to Evel Kneivel, from G.I. Joe to Star Wars, and from Six Million Dollar Man to Star Trek, we have kids and parents drooling.

Festivus Party!

Friday, December 23 from 3pm to 4:30pm

We have the Traditional Festivus celebration a Festivus Pole, the Airing of Grievances on comics,  movies and TV. Feats of Strength and a Festivus feast of Triscuits, V-8, Goldfish, Fresca, Seltzer and M&Ms. Plus a chance to win a Festivus gift certificate.

A CBH customer from the early '80s forward, Dave's dream of working at his favorite place on Earth came true some years ago and he's never looked back. Dave is the marketing guy for CBH who does a bunch of content for CBH Online, is a comic book expert, avid reader, and is a featured player in the store (some say he is every customer's favorite). If you ever need anything comics-related, Dave is the one to ask.
