G.I. JOE A REAL AMERICAN HERO is the continuation of the original Marvel Comics series that began in the ’80s. This is the real deal with G.I. Joe creator, Larry Hama, in the driver’s seat. I’ve been reading a bunch of the old Marvel series with my son and they are some of the best war/action comics out there. Hama has a real talent for writing intense action that incorporates real tech and tactics. You don’t need to read the old ones to get the new ones, so pick up the IDW series now!
