I GOT DIBS!
As one of our frequent blog readers, you can say that, because only those who have read this AND show up at the shop tomorrow, Sunday, May 16th, get first crack, “DIBS”, at ALL items with a 3/4″ green tag at 50% off! There is one problem, though. It will be hard to get in or out of the shop between approximately 1:00 – 3:30 due to the scheduled parade. You must mention that you saw this sale on the web-site to take advantage! (Yet another special for our blog-readers!)
Just in case you can’t make it tomorrow, next Sunday, the 23rd, I will be set-up at the Aetna Collectibles Show and will be offering the same sale to show attendees. Also, I will selling 1,000′s of comics that have NOT been in the shop. You can get first dibs on these, too! Included will be 100′s of silver age DC’s from a recent buy as well as loads and loads of sets and runs priced at a dollar or less per issue! You don’t want to miss the sale at the fire hall.
A reminder! We WILL be doing the 4th of July Flea market again this year. Due to the Natural Food Store deciding to be open and hosting its Sunday Farmers’ Market, the size and number of spaces we can offer will be decreased. But, for those who DO set-up, we should have an increased traffic flow! Details will be coming SOON as we want to firm up our tables (basically, each spot is one parking space along the wall next to the former East End Cafe). Members will be given “DIBS” on spots with a deadline for sign-up. There will be a non-member waiting list created in case we have room. It will be advertsied as a collectibles show/flea market, so bring whatever you want to get rid of!
Very appealing but I am going to Andrews Air Force Base for their Open House Air Show tomorrow with Brenden. It will be his first Air Show.
May get a table this year though!
