Comic Review Time
OK, so spring semester is in full swing at UD and I, Jesse the Intern, am back for one last hurrah. While I am widely acknowledged as the most useful intern—although apparently not the best looking—this is my last semester at the University and in turn—pun intended—my last semester as an intern.
So here’s the deal guys, I will be adding my choices to the “Staff Picks!” on the new comic book wall. I will also be posting comic reviews on what I am (and you should be) reading. I will also be adding some new things to the new CBH Forum…eventually. But that’s later, this is now.
So it’s time for a quick comic review. It just so happens that my first comic review is also my first staff pick. This week’s pick is Deadpool #20. This is issue 2 of a 3 part series in which Deadpool visits Spider-Man to become a real superhero. Spider-Man believes that Deadpool assassinated his friend and wants no part of Deadpool. As it turns out, an assassin is taking out assassins. However this is no ordinary assassin. This is the top assassin, Hit-Monkey. Deadpool and Spider-Man vs. a monkey assassin? Yes! Seriously, give it a read. It’s like I always say: “you can never go wrong reading about monkeys with guns.”
