3 Day LABOR DAY SALE !
Paul will be in the shop Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday this week and is having a sale on his green-tagged items! 50% OFF ALL of the items in the shop with 3/4″ green tags (except those in the glass showcases up front – they are 25% OFF to everyone during this sale). This includes the bins with golden and silver age comics, the statues with green border price tags, the sets, toys, action figures (again these must have a 3/4″ tag – there are others with larger green tags that are not part of the sale), and the individual comics, trades, etc. No lay-a-ways for this sale!
Enjoy auctions? I have been putting up about 40 or so comics per week on eBay recently. Mostly, these are the westerns and funny animals golden age comics in the bins in front of the check out counter. Why? Well, they have been slow movers in Newark and they do sell on eBay – maybe not the price I would like to get, but they do move.To spice things up, I throw in a few silver age super-hero issues and a gem or two from the showcase. Naturally, if you are a winner, let me know and avoid the shipping by picking up at the shop!
For those who have considered selling on eBay or another site, in a day or two, I will put up my philosophy, advice, and experiences with selling on the internet – for what it’s worth.
But, if you know that you don’t want the hassle of the internet and have something interesting to sell, especially silver and golden age, I will have my checkbook with me all 3 days – c’mon down!
