Page4-d

In the quest for the perfect comics storage system, comic book collectors have gone to great lengths to find the perfect box and to find, or even build, the perfect shelving. The search is over friends because the Collector Drawer Company has done their research and developed the perfect system: DRAWERBOXES. And CBH can get them for you!

DRAWERBOXES are stackable cardboard comic book boxes with drawers that create a file cabinet storage system for organizing your comic book collection, making them more accessible.

stackedboxesComic book storage boxes designed to fill from the end rather than the top. They are actually a two-part container, consisting of an outside shell that provides support and a drawer that slides out of the shell from the end. All of the boxes can be opened just like a filing cabinet. And the shells are made of extra durable cardboard, reinforced in such a way that they will support much more weight than the old-fashioned long boxes. and, they are just as portable and each drawer remains accessible.

Measurements & comic capacity: Each 9″ X 26″ LONG box holds up to 235 and 9″ X 18″ SHORT box holds 145 bagged and boarded comics.

Cost: LONG $14 each, SHORT $13 each

Features: Drawerboxes are part of an organizational system addressing how to organize the inside of the drawer within a safe and secure integrated design using BoxLox Box Anchors, BoxSort Upright Dividers, and BoxSort Rails.

  • BoxLox Box Anchors are connecting devices that will tie the outside shells together side-by-side.
  • BoxSort Upright Dividers - Each DrawerBox includes 4 upright dividers.
  • BoxSort Rails (sold separately) can keep any quantity of comics standing upright in the box  when used together with the upright dividers.

Come in to the store to see actual samples of the DrawerBox system.

Captain Blue Hen Comics wants to be your source for DrawerBoxes. We want to order these, but for cost and space reasons we can’t store them for long, so as soon as we get them in we need to get them out the door.

If you are interested let us know how many you want and what size and if you need rails or anchors

Order Now by August 31 at the store. If all goes well we hope we can carry them regularly.  Check out the samples we have at the store. Joe has stood on ‘em and they are really as strong as they claim.
