‘The Graysons’ Pilot: A Pre-Robin TV Show

According to Variety the CW network has ordered a pilot for The Graysons, a show about Dick (Robin/Nightwing) Grayson’s early years pre-Batman. Smallville executive producers Kelly Souders and Brian Peterson are producing The Graysons pilot along with McG (Chuck).

Like Smallville, The Graysons will be an hour-long drama. According to Variety the CW is looking at The Graysons as a potential replacement for Smallville, if it ends after this season, or, if Smallville continues, The Graysons could be “a strong companion piece.”
