DC’s New War Series’
Shi creator Billy Tucci will co-write and draw a six-issue Sgt. Rock mini-series for 2008, Sgt. Rock and the Lost Battalion. Tucci said he is working with screenwriter John Milius, who wrote the screenplay for Apocalypse Now and wrote and directed Conan the Barbarian. DC also will be doing The War that Time Forgot, which will feature characters from various times — “a little bit of Lost in the DC universe,†said DC’s Dan DiDio at a panel in Baltimore.
