Another Chance for History (With Free Comics)
A bunch of Captain Blue Hen folks made it into the “Histories of Newark 1758-2008” book last Saturday, and you still have a chance to get in yourself. (The above image is just one of those taken.)
The folks putting the book together still need “Newarkians” and they would like to include a theme. Why not make it part of your Free Comic Book Day? Stop by the old CVS on Saturday between noon and 7 after grabbing your free comics at Captain Blue Hen. Show your comics off and show your city spirit. They are looking to get 3,000 pictures and are looking for anyone interested to participate.
